Shipping
We ship within one-two business days of your payment received.  We do not ship on the weekends or government holidays.
If for some reason your shipping is delayed, we will contact you immediately to reconcile.
All shipping orders will receive a tracking number on shipment that can be used to tack the status of your item(s).
We ship primarily USPS but also use UPS for our heavier items.  You will be told upon shipment which service to expect.
We will always try to offer the best possible rate on all shipping services!
Returns
We do our best to accurately describe our products in our descriptions and pictures.  We aim to be honest with the condition of each and every product that we send.
If a product that you order arrives broken or you are unsatisfied with the condition or product itself, we offer returns and refunds within a specific time period in most situations.
Note:  You may receive a partial refund or no refund if the item has been tampered with or misused by you in a way that would damage or alter its value.
This includes
Removing packaged items from their original packaging
Removing tags and wearing new clothing and shoes
Misusing an item/device in a way other than it was intended
Dropping / Spillage on an item after it has been received
Altering a collectable/vintage item in a way that causes it to loose value
This includes removing collectable items from packaging
If your item has been broken in transit or arrives with other issues, please request a refund and describe the issue(s) at hand.  If the item arrives broken,
please include pictures in your message.
