To be fair, I had no idea what this was when I found it -- and I still am sort of sketchy on it. I've read that it can be used in beauty salons for perms and hair treatments, and also that it can be used to boost energy levels, and also during wraps, massages, facials, spray tans, and other body treatments.
Whatever you use it for, it has a central light and, as you can see, four arms that can be moved and positioned to target different areas of the body -- up, down, and side to side. It's on rollers and on a base that can be raised and lowered, and a dial on the central lamp allows you to adjust the intensity of the light, as shown in the pictures.
That said, I've seen some of these at 0 and into the 0s. Hopefully I've priced accurately.
